Meals for Day Two


Feb 11th
B: FF Greek Yogurt with a Sprinkle of Crystal light water flavor, Berries and Shredded Wheat
L: Baked Potato with Salsa, Cottage Cheese, Melons, and Grapefruit

Meal Plan for Day One

Feb 10th
B: Veggie Omelet, Low Fat Toast with Spray Butter and fresh berries
L: Baked Potato with Salsa, Two Scoops Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 2 Tbsp Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, fresh fruit
D: Chicken Kabobs with Zucchini, Squash, Baby Potatoes, Small Onions and Brown Rice
S: FF Ricotta with sweetener and Berries

We really liked our meal. We felt satisfied for the day. At night a felt hungry but I think my stomach is shrinking. 

Work-out: I did 15 minutes on Arc Trainer Glute Camp Level 2

The beginning of our Journey

Jason and  I have decided to start Weight Watchers' Simple Start Plan. Basically we like the idea of eating "filling foods" and being able to cheat once or twice a week and still loose some weight. We plan to post before pictures and hopefully after pictures. This blog is more for documentation of our journey to a more fit and healthily life.
